He also serves as Chief of Staff, representing the voice of clinicians and aligning frontline care with the organization’s mission to deliver high-quality, affordable, and accessible care. Dr. Dhingra leads more than 800 physicians and 2,700 staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, equity, and inclusion. He serves on the TPMG Board of Directors and chairs the Compensation and Benefits Committee, and is committed to advancing health equity and community partnership through his work with the Asian Pacific Fund and the American Red Cross

In her role, she focuses on sourcing and executing investments in digital health and health care technology companies, the launch of new businesses built upon UPMC advances, and portfolio management. Kathryn spent her early career working in non-profits and education consulting with a focus on improving student outcomes and equity.

Dr. Pooja Mittal is the Chief Health Equity Officer (CHEO) for Health Net. She leads the company in developing, implementing, and embedding health equity strategic initiatives into Health Net’s programs, services, and actions to drive positive health outcomes. Her team leads population health, campaign-based outreach and strategic planning for equity-focused benefits. Dr. Mittal has an expertise in maternal child health and is deeply committed to being an ally in the movement for Black birth justice. In addition to her role as CHEO, Dr. Mittal practices as a Family Medicine physician at a Federally Qualified Health Center in San Mateo County. She is an Adjunct Associate Professor in Family and Community Medicine at UCSF and Stanford University School of Medicine. She is mother to three girls.
